The New Frontier Institute for Peace and Development (referred to as New Frontier Institute) is an independent, indigenous research and policy Think Tank based in Kenya, dedicated to addressing the unique challenges and opportunities of Kenya’s Northern pastoral region through timely, high-quality, and evidence-driven policy advice to county governments, development partners, policymakers, experts, and other stakeholders. The dearth of specific Think Tank that provide a platform for informed discussions to influence public and strategic choice in Northern Kenya has partly contributed to poor development outcomes. The institute endevours to bridge this gap by offering services that include conducting rigorous, independent research and analysis on critical regional and county-specific challenges and opportunities.
