This is what im open to all options with without the name was looking for in their logo design

i need a logo that's capable of going on t-shirts so 2 colors max and is a transparent background. i need it to be modern and sleek and it is withing the real estate investing field. I am open to it just having the word cole incorporated or the entire name and I'm also open to just a relevant symbol logo with no words. the logo will be put on large trucks to advertise the we buy houses and road signs. we need it to be noticeable and memorable.
