Logo design for "Thena Pita Bar" - modern Greek fast-casual restaurant

This is what Thena Pita Bar was looking for in their logo design

We are opening a small authentic Greek restaurant called "Thena Pita Bar" in Connecticut. Our space is about 800 square feet and will focus on fresh, authentic Greek street food including gyros, souvlaki, spanakopita, loaded fries with feta and oregano, baklava, and other Mediterranean favorites. We are looking for a logo that feels :
- warm and authentic
- modern but not trendy to the point it will age quickly
- memorable
- clean enough for menus, packaging, merchandise, and all social media platforms

Design directions we are interested in exploring:
- a stylized pita wrap of food inspired icon (not cartoonish)
- Mediterranean elements like olive branches or subtle Greek motifs
- strong typography with a modern casual feel
- something that reflects authenticity, family, community
