Logo needed for luxury townhome project in coastal Delaware. Community name is Overfall Preserve. We would like a high end, simple logo to incorporate in our entrance monument, marketing and sales materials. The name of the community is inspired by the "Overfall Lightship" of Lewes, Delaware.
