This is what "fotopiso" or "fotopiso - inmobiliaria online" (online realty) was looking for in their logo design

Task Description
fotopiso ("photoflat" in english) is an online real estate agency working in spain.
our logo must be extremely modern.
the look and feel I would like to achieve with the logo is bold, fun, modern, and with a slightly quirky edge that stands out among the crowd.
the successful designer may also be invited to design the look/branding of the website, plus stationery and potential marketing items (eg flyers etc) down the track.
