This is what NextParadigm was looking for in their logo design

Next Paradigm is a new management consulting firm based in Australia. Our work is primarily in the Organisational Agility and Organisational Design space.

Our focus is helping businesses to truly understand the customer value they are creating, and then helping them align their work (and the teams that do the work) to delivering that value. In particular, we help businesses break down internal silos (such as business/IT), by helping them to reorganise their work to place the customer at the centre of everything they do.

I want the logo to express "embracing possibility to achieve breakthrough outcomes", but through design rather than words. Read more
