COURAGE = Courage to take on our competition & also courage to set big business targets and exceed them. Courage to take on big personal goals as part of working with our business. For example run in a marathon that we sponsor.

PRIDE = Be Proud to work for our business. Be at a Barbeque and be proud to say that you work for us. Be proud of your achievements within our business.

GROWTH = Grow your sales. Develop yourself through training courses. Grow your knowledge of the world by continuing to travel the world to then help your clients with your expertise.

 Our Strapline is `Inspiring lives every day'. Whether it is our clients who we are sending to amazing destinations around the globe or one of our new staff achieving a milestone in sales for the first time we want to be a genuinely inspiring place to work & engage with.
