Logo design for Tea House Chain

This is what Papp'sTea was looking for in their logo design

I already have a clear concept of what I want, but I lack the skills to produce a finished product. I have attached a few attempts, all of which I''m not entirely happy with. I hope someone can blow this out of the water for me.

I am starting a modern tea house. We will be providing specialty teas from around the world, including Chinese Green Tea, Indian Black Tea, Argentinian Mate, South African Rooibos, and more. Our store''s interior design has a minimalist, sleek, contemporary environment. concrete floor, wood furniture and stainless steel appliances.

For our logo, I want to evoke a sense of mystery and wisdom, coupled with the primal roots of nature, demonstrated through a modernized version of hieroglyphics. I like the idea of keeping something caveman-like about it, as if it were ancient writing on walls.
