Logo Design Project

This is what Geordies was looking for in their logo design

I am starting construction on a cafe/restaurant/art gallery/tour desk on Rottnest Island in Western Australia.
I am on a budget (and tight time frame - I need to be open in December) so I am initially going with a bare bones cafe/art gallery that will evolve with the times.
The front of house will be concrete floors, a 3.5m high black ceiling with some funky lighting (there will probably be seating indoors for about 30 patrons but there will be seating outdoors for another 80 patrons so the whole idea of the black ceiling is to combine the 2 areas ie bring the stars inside). There is a very rustic wall of exposed brick and some plaster which we are going to run with as our art wall. The other side is going to be food display cabinets separated by weatherboard cabinetry.
