Logo Design for a California Property Management Company

This is what (None provided) was looking for in their logo design

We are looking for a creative, but simple logo for a property management company near San Francisco called Legato Properties. We manage rental properties for property owners, so they don't have to deal directly with tenant issues. We would like to see a design with the full company name (in both all CAPITAL LETTERS and Traditional Lettering - with a modern font. One concept would be having the first word in one color (maybe blue or green) and the 2nd word in a different color (such as a metallic gray or gold) with both words placed in a rectangle and the fill area surrounding the text is in the opposite color of the opposing text color - basically splitting the rectangle into 2 halves.
