hipster cafe joint needs a logo design

This is what Beans Republique was looking for in their logo design

We need logo design for a trendy café in Melbourne calls Beans Republique.
The logo colour scheme: a rich chocolate dark brown background.The word Republique in off white colour. The word Beans in custardy, creamy colour. Bold and masculine font.
The logo should strongly resemble the colour of coffee beans and crema and milk. The logo should shows strong connections with coffee without images of the coffee cups or coffee beans. However, it would be impressive to have beans with vines and leaves built-in the background without being too obvious. Characteristic: sophisticated, luxurious yet rustic and earthy.
