This is what (None provided) was looking for in their logo design

We are a medical transcription company that has been in business since 1987. We currently use a Medical sign on our website and business cards (lame). We need to get across to our customer that we do interfacing with electronic medical record (this allows a physician to dictate, we transcribe and then it goes back into the medical record).

I would also like to open up our service to more than just medical transcription and transcribe, police reports, legal, books, videos, and other audio.
