This is what Bellevue Property Management was looking for in their logo design
We need a logo design for a new company based at Tamborine Mountain, Queensland, Australia.
This is a new business who will specialise only in Property Managemente.g. Marketing Rental Properties, locating suitable tenants, collecting rents etc for landlords.
We need to be perceived as professional, we will have a strong emphasis on marketing and having a clean/modern/professional/progressive image in the market place.
The logo will be on signboards, websites, brochures, stationary etc. I am happy with a solid block behind or clean. On signboards we will need to introduce a strong colour so that the signboard stands out.
Just so you know "Belle vue" means beautiful view which we do have on the mountain, we have amazing views. It is not essential to use this just thought I would let you know.
