Management consulting in area of quality, safety, environmental certification needs business logo

This is what Improve Consulting was looking for in their logo design

As this is a startup company I need a logo for a business card, and for a website, and for use on documents.
We aim for continuous improvement in business processes. WE look at cycles, but more emphasis on improvement through use of an arrow for example. We are a professional and somewhat conservative company.
