London based commercial estate agency practice needs a logo design

This is what Stephen and Matthews or Stephen & Matthews, or possibly S&M (yes we know!!) was looking for in their logo design

we are central london commercial estate agency & chartered surveyors that specialise in leisure and retail properties, acting for both landlords and tenants. leisure properties can be defined as restaurants, cafes and gyms. we provide no-nonsense straight talking advice without the bullshit. the two founding partners have over 25 years expierience in the market and we are down to earth, likeable and professional. www.stephenandmatthews.com. looking for a crisp new logo, ideally not one long line and something that can transalte well to letterheads, cards and property for sale/to let boards. our logo with the & at the moment doesn't work particularly well as it is one long line. we are happy to look at a reconfiguration, or using just S&M or having the "and" instead of "&". it needs to be clean fresh and simple and look professional
