Fighting Flamingos Logo/ Mascot Design

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their mascot design

Making a Military unit logo/mascot. We are the Fighting Flamingos. I attached an idea we had but looking for other ideas as well. Things we are looking for is a battle worn flamingo with military gear, a weapon, a helmet with night vision. Also want “MP” represented because we are Military Police. Would like for it to be the full body of a flamingo. Can have scars, tattoos, or anything that makes it bad ass. Please try to keep any military gear as close to the real thing as possible.
