Design Family Crest, Values, and Vision Statement

This is what SSI Design was looking for in their Photoshop design

I need the following items created:
1. A family seal or crest
2. 3 X lightly designed printouts for family values, vision statement, and rules to live by

In the linked document I have:
- a sample mockup family crest/seal I generated through a free website
- additional details and text for each of the printouts
- provided samples from how another family has designed something similar
- other seals from the town where my name originates and other examples

For the family crest/seal I'd like this to be done in a vector format (preferrably Illustrator) so that I can repurpose it for various artifacts.
