Window perforation for our storefront

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their signage design

I would like a design for my storefront that houses 2 businesses. The two businesses are similar in that they perform the same operations - audiology (hearing test and hearing aids sales)and Ear, Nose and Throat surgery center. There are 3 window perforations for 3 windows.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE SIZE SO THAT RESOLUTION WILL BE HIGH ENOUGH.
The sizes of the windows are as follows: 2 windows at the size of 81"H X 49"W.
The center door is: 30"X 75 1/2"
Left window would have Hearing At Home Mobile Hearing Aid Center
Right window would have: Alexiou Hearing Aid Center.
Middle window would have store hours. Mon - Thursday 9-5 Friday 9-1
