Artisan bakery needs a logo and stationary design

This is what a business in Portugal was looking for in their stationery design

We need a logo for a modern bakery cafe in Portugal called "Fábrica dos Sabores - Padaria artesanal e caffe" (Flavor factory - artisan bakery cafe). We produce home made bread, pastrys, salads, yougurt, pasta and pizzas based on organic products. We need to comunicate simplicity, natural flavor, safety and health. We are an urban, young concept that cares about rediscovering artisan processes to enhance flavour. We want to communicate good mood.
