Nature round shape tattoo with water and leaves

This is what a business in Canada was looking for in their tattoo design

Hello :)
I like the fact that the shape is in cercle but with no actual physical cercle .. like no geometric form but at the end I want it the be in a round shape to fit the back of my foreharm
I love nature elements, water would be great but no ocean more like a lake and forest or something like that ..
In the first picture I live the blueberries but I prefer the leaves in the 2nd picture

So a good idea would be this :
- in the circle, keep the blueberries from the 1st picture but a bit less .. it’s too much, too overwhelming, so maybe less and put more delicates leaves in it such as the ones in the 2nd picture
- keep the moutains and the lake from the 1st picture (the one with the bluberries) I like it best , the water and small moutains in the back

*** the 3rd picture How could I send you a picture is another tattoo that I have that will be near the other one, maybe the leaves could be similar ?
