This is what a business in United States was looking for in their t-shirt design

I know exactly what we need. I am just explaining design and providing assets. We are aiming to get it to look like the file titled IMG_3458.PNG. Same colors (yellow) for everything, as it will be on a black or blue hat. Here's a description of what needs to be done.
