Tampa, FL sports team 90’s style shirt!

This is what a business in United States was looking for in their t-shirt design

I want to make a 90’s style Tampa Bay sports themed shirt. I want to represent all 3 of our sports teams (Buccanneers’s, Lightning and Rays). I do not want to use their exact logo for trademark reasons but I want stuff that is close that resembles the logo. I want it to say TAMPA BAY at the top and I want the shirt to look tough and cool.

•For the Lightning (Hockey) I would like some lightning in the design.

•For the Buc’s (Football) a pirate ship and skull with swords. Refer to the Pirate ship in Raymond James stadium and the Buc’s logo.

•For the Rays I want a stingray.

•I also want to include an iconic Tampa sign from the Tampa Theatre that I will attach below. If there is a way to add a palm tree or 2 in the background that is optional. I want the colors of this shirt to be the colors of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers football team.
