This is what a business in United States was looking for in their t-shirt design

We’re looking for a full (vertical) back-only sweatshirt design that represents the different types of rural properties we sell:
• Recreational & hunting ground
• Rural homes
• Tillable farmland

DESIGN DIRECTION:
We have a rough sketch to guide the overall look (attached). Center of design could be the old wooden fence (photo attached) with an old sign (old shirt design attached just as guide -- do not include county names) sign can read “Land for Sale.” Around the fence, include prairie grass and habitat details. A whitetail deer should be part of the design, based on a reference photo we attached for accuracy. We would like it to look as identical to that deer as possible. The background or surrounding details should give subtle nods to rural homes and tillable farmland, so all three niches are represented.
