Generally you get more designers pitching in when there's a guaranteed payment, but it does also depend on whether the first batch of proposals is any good or not.

I've come up with an original idea so far, but Idk if it'll suit your taste; in any case, quick and assertive feedback is crucial and much appreciated.

A piece of advice, stay away from generic elements such as beer mugs, bottles, caps, barley and hops... any brand can use it, we need something differentiated that can help me position my brand in the consumer's mind.
