Can you try a variation with a human head per revised specs and maybe a slightly lighter and more human feeling typeface. I like the san serif face but it's a bit too 'cold'. Something minimal and friendly but still smart. Also can you try maybe using light blue and white background to create an airier feel. Need more feeling of space - but the graphic to show the expansion of human potential. Hope this feedback is helpful.
