Graphic Design Brief

We are a clinical learning company. We would like to have the ability to have our students select various criteria that make up a good patent using the Mr. Potato Head / Dress Up Cut Out Concept.

I am looking for a designer to give me the background of a Dr Office and options to select various types of people, cloths and symbols. (The attached document has the entire list of options i would like to see for the page)

This project will be our pilot project and I expect to have at least 10 more of these over the next 6 months. I would like to choose one designer and work with that person on the rest of my "Cutouts"
