Hi, just to clarify, when you say "functionality" do you mean like the different elements match up for "drag & drop" usage? Or are you expecting a coded final submission. I currently understand the project to be for the elements you have provided, scaled and shaped to fit a "drag and drop" environment...but I just want to make sure you are not expecting a coded webpage or essentially anything beyond a psd.
