Hello, what kind of file format do you need? If I'll paint and scan at high resolution will be ok for you?

The file format doesn't matter, so long as it's high enough resolution to print at poster size (24x36) without loss of quality. I would be more likely to accept a hand painting than the other designs I've received, and I would even pay a little extra to have the original shipped to me.
