I’d really like to see some designs that incorporate an image in the logo. Mountains, trees, etc. Something that makes you think of property in the country.

I’m overwhelmed by the response and appreciate all your hard work! There are so many fantastic designs for me to consider and provide feedback for so please be patient.

A couple of things I’ve noticed in a lot of the designs that I’d like to address are:

1. I’d prefer mountains to be more off in the distance
2. Don’t want a river or lake to be so front and center as most of the vacant land won’t be river or lakefront property
3. I don’t want any structures/houses/barns/etc in the logo as the land I buy/sell is vacant

If these tweaks could be made and re-submitted I’d greatly appreciate getting to see them. Y’all are so talented! Thank you!

Also, if you could provide a black and white option of your logo design and display the logo on some merch, that would be great!

Designers, if I eliminated your design without giving you feedback, please do not be offended. I have received so many that I simply do not have the time to give feedback on every single one. I would love it if you would go back and review all the details of the Brief and see what else you can come up with and submit a new design. Also, I did not know that if I used the star system to rate designs that I eliminated during this phase of the process that it would impact your overall rating. Please forgive me for doing that out of ignorance if my rating negatively impacted you! Looking forward to seeing some designs with the new business name without the slogan.
