Popup Nightclub Logo

This is what Witness Nightclub One Night Only was looking for in their logo design

We need a logo designed for a new upscale nightclub called 'Witness Nightclub'. This is a "popup" nightclub that will only exist for one night in each city. The design needs to be clean, minimalist and upscale. Our brand is very exclusive and attendees must be invited to attain access to the club. We would like to use a black background and white text as our main colors. We want the word "Witness" to be more prominent than the word "nightclub" in the logo. We would like to add the tagline "One Night Only" with the logo. The tagline should be small relative to the logo. We are open to thoughts on icons with the logo as well. If you are going to add an icon, please incorporate the letter W. The text font should not be curvy. In other words, the 'W' should have straight lines, not curves.
