Archer Clinical Logo Design

This is what Archer Clinical was looking for in their logo design

My company provides clinical research consulting services for medical device companies. The premise of my company is that I provide a vision and a clear path toward a goal (or target) and work towards that goal or target in the most efficient way.

I would like my logo to integrate an arrow (like that of an Archer) and perhaps also the Arch and a faded target...I am open to suggestions. I initially thought the A would be in the shape of an arch and it would be crossed by an arrow.

I would prefer to have the logo/words have some curves (with a slightly more feminine look) and would prefer to have the words in serif font (but this is not a requirement). It should look fun/friendly, but also professional as my target customers are biotechnology companies.
